When you decide to leave everything to the last minute so you stay up until 7AM to finish it. Bonus points if you go to McDonald's in 2 hour intervals for a coffee break.

Auto-flexing is when a heavily muscled person or animal's muscles flex on their own as they move.

Kara's muscular thighs made waves as she walked across the room and I couldn't help but admire them. I would define what they did as auto-flexing.
