The result of harmful gifs, video or injected content into emails, AR or VR that triggered a traumatic response for the recipient. Current day example of a strobing gif sent to Kurt Eichenwald who has epilepsy, immediately inducing a seizure which could cause a panic reaction, akin to PTSD, upon opening emails in the future.
In increasing numbers, with the revelation of viral content bombs being injected into the VR Web, patients are exhibiting trauma responses that are now being diagnosed as "21st Century Digital PTSD". This form of PTSD, unique to this century and the digital world, can cause sufferers to eschew all forms of digital communication due to the trauma inflicted through the various platforms.

To use some sort of photo editing tool or program to make a person look better, younger, more aesthetically pleasing. Often used (and overused) on magazine covers. Can also mean the same as digitally unfreshen up when you use the same tool to do just the opposite. Usually referred to as, or known as photoshopped.
Rimmel London felt it necessary to digitally freshen up a very young Zooey Deschanel for their ad campaign, to the point where it doesn't look like her at all.
Every magazine cover with Fergie, Demi Moore, Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson they digitally freshen up to make them appeal to a younger demographic. It just makes them look like aliens.

Some jerk: "Hi, can I please have your digits so I can call you tonight?"
Girl: "I think it's best if you gave me your digits." (in other words, "I don't wanna see or talk to you ever at all")

A LAD-point-garnering move of moderate difficulty; to induce vaginal or clitoral pleasure through the application of digits beneath a girl's panties on the dancefloor.
James Hurst: "Yeah, absolutely smashed it last night. Only went and dirty dipped her sopping, dinnai! Macklin's Law baby! The dirty-digit-dance-floor-dip! Huge points. If I knew her name I'd send her Mum a thank you letter."
