When a non-British person deludes himself/herself and thinks that all British people are nice and sophisticated which is really not true most of the time. There's rude and uncultured people everywhere, no matter what nationality you are.

American: Sometimes the people over here in the U.S. are so rude. I just wonder what it's like living in the U.K. where people are a lot nicer.

British person: Oh Hell no! I'm British and most of us here aren't bloody nice! You must be suffering from a case of sophisticated Brit delusion.

So if they haven't been adequately informed of risks (such as dumping estrogen into someone that was assigned male at birth can increase the risk of prostate cancer and/or any other SEX exclusive health problems regardless of GENDER), their doctor and the people promoting trans rights are doing them a disservice. Montage Based Decision Making (MBDM)

The cognitive process by which an individual makes a decision based solely on the emotional gratification he or she received while viewing that decision played out in a montage movie style format. In this montage, the individual is the main character of a super epic story, in which they are better looking than they actually are. However, this montage has no connection whatsoever to reality and the end result is disastrous consequences, wasted time, and usually suicide before the age of 35.
