1 - Someone who is talking and not paying attention to social queues that others want to speak.
2 - Someone who isn't listening to your explanation or just doesn't understand your explanation.

I was in a meeting with a user who was in 'write-only mode' and talked non-stop. Nobody could get a word in edgewise.
