Phonecuffed

A metaphor that describes the physical appearance of being handcuffed by holding ones cell phone in both hands. The result of overuse of ones cell phone causing one to appear to be handcuffed without wearing handcuffs but physically restricted as if they were actually wearing handcuffs.

My son spent all day phonecuffed and now he is behind on his chores.

Someone who constantly watches their phone, waiting for a text or social media update to pop up in which they'll like and/or comment within seconds. The only time a Phone Sniper doesn't text back immediately is when he/she doesn't want to.

a device used for many things, Mostly people who are a bit older than a kid uses them but in this generation almost everyone has one. Can be used to call people, message, play games, watch videos ect.

A person hailing from India who tries to deceive you out of anything of value using the telephone. They claim to want to lower your credit card interest rate but ask for your credit card information over the phone.
