The Empire of Japan (Japanese: 大日本帝国, Dai Nippon Teikoku or Dai Nihon Teikoku), also referred to as the Japanese Empire, Imperial Japan, or simply Japan, was the Japanese nation-statei that existed from the Meiji Restoration in 1868 until the enactment of the reformed Constitution of Japan in 1947. From 29 August 1910 until 2 September 1945, it administered the naichi (the Japanese archipelago and post-1943 Karafuto) and the gaichi (Korea, Taiwan, Kwantung Leased Territory, and pre-1943 Karafuto). The South Seas Mandate was a single Japanese dependent territory in the name of the League of Nations under Japanese administration. In the closing stages of World War II, with Japan defeated alongside the rest of the Axis, the formalized Japanese Instrument of Surrender was issued in compliance with the Potsdam Declaration of the victorious Allies, and Japanese de facto territory subsequently shrunk to cover only the Japanese archipelago as it is today.

Frankenburg, officially known as the Franken Empire, is an online country on Gamejolt, its currency is the Franken Kromer, it has 56 citizens, It is an absolute monarchy and empire that consists of 14 provinces and 3 space provinces. the country borders 7 countries, The capital is the province of Midas, also the biggest province in the empire. It has a second capital, called Napoleonia. Which is based in Paris. the empire's citizens are mostly american but the main leader is an Egyptian Arab. the official languages of Frankenburg are Arabic, German and English. the Franken national anthem is "Al Watan Al Akbar", a patriotic Pan Arab song made in 1960 for the United Arab Republic. It was adopted on 9/15/23 when the Franken Emperor, Spamton I put up a post saying that Frankenburg is looking for a national anthem. "Al Watan Al Akbar" was suggested as national anthem by Mike-TV, the Caesar of the New Roman Republic and now Tsar of Greatest Bulgaria since the Franken Emperor was an Egyptian Arab and also the fact that Arabic was the second official language.
