SHAP

Slang term started by Gen Alpha, meaning "Serious Hype Adventure Potential." This term is used when a really good plan is suggested, or when a fun idea is presented.

This term is used commonly with friends and is commonly seen in all caps when texted.

Person 1: "We should go to Six Flags and get funnel cake and slushees and then see how many roller coasters we can ride before it comes back up."
Person 2: "Dude, SHAP!"

When you have no lunch at work, but there’s a selection of complimentary snacks available from the kitchen of Arnott’s shapes, you can arrange these Aussie savoury biscuit snacks on a plate, in a decorative manner and enjoy an elegant appetiser of pizza shapes, chicken crimpy and bbq shapes. You can even kid yourself that it’s a balanced meal. The fancy name for this casual snack / selection of small bites is Shapecuterie Board.

Shapes

Adjective - Describes something that is off, not quite right, or even unsettling. A situation that is less than ideal or unexpected could be considered “shapes”. Shapes can be used in many different situations and while it generally describes something in a negative way, it is not a hard and fast rule.

I was feeling pretty shapes this morning after that wild party last night.

Wasn’t it shapes when that crack head was laying in that puddle at Walmart singing “Under the Sea”?
