Peter Walls

A victim in the psychological horror game, Silent Hill 4: The Room. Peter is the skater victim, wearing a sweater and a beanie, he is known as Victim 12. One day, his friends said that Peter was very high and claimed to see god. Peter followed "god" to the hotel rooftops and disappeared. He was found a week later murdered in one of the hotel rooms.
