a usually around 6 inch long, sometimes thin and sometimes thick, kind of plastic pole that has an ink tube inside wich allows the user to write on paper. it is mostly used to torture kids by making them write and learn thing which are not needed in life for 12+ years. though, it can be used in fun ways. for example, spinning a pen casts some sort of magic that makes time go by faster, even if a little bit.
