A victim in the psychological horror game, Silent Hill 4: The Room. Peter is the skater victim, wearing a sweater and a beanie, he is known as Victim 12. Peter was known as a drug addict, spending most of his time smoking weed he buys from a cultist. He is also known for his rantings about god.
