An individual that only chases relevant topics of the community to seek funding. This individual does not care about the community, but rather lives his life chasing the wind.

For example, Farah Aw Osman is a community clout chaser.

When someone tries to gain clout off of another person, whether alive, or dead.

This was a video from Michael from Atlanta, this use of clout chasing it by him referencing a diseased rapper, Takeoff.

Anti-Clout

Anti-Clout is where someone is so desperate for clout, for internet fame that they will do anything for attention. They will act a fool, break societal norms, rules, or even laws often ending up in trouble with the police. OR worse, under arrest and doing jail time for sad attempts for a little bit of attention from the internet, which is fickle at best. So once you start down this path your stunts have to always get more outrageous to continue to draw watchers and the attention they so desperately crave.

Anti-Clout is much like Anti-Matter, as when Anti-Clout comes in contact with someone's desperation for Clout, it destroys it, much like Anti-Matter destroys Matter.

Man did you see how Seth chugged a beer infront of the cops for some clout, they arrested him, that is some serious Anti-Clout.
