Hailey

A Hailey loves to be the center of attention and will go to great lengths to achieve it. A Hailey is a great friend and can make you die of laughter any second. She makes friends very easily and will chose a best friend over her boyfriend. A Hailey is very popular and tries hard to get boys to like her. She is not great at keeping secrets and doesn't usually have the Brains. She's always the kind of person you would invite over for a slumber party! A Hailey lives drama and will always try to start some.

Girl 1 : Who else should we invite over?
Girl 2: Hailey! she's extremely funny and will make this the best time!

one of the best people in the world. funny, cool, and just overall great person. they are naturally beautiful. they are tall, thin, and have long, sometimes greasy brown hair. they say that they are happy and fine when you ask. they are NOT at A L L mean. they get uncomfortable when looked at for long periods of time. they can be insecure sometimes but isn't afraid to KICK YOUR ASS. she can sometimes not look like much, but curves aren't everything you dirty hec. if you have a Hailey in your life, then hold her close.

Halley Cropper

To have a 'Halley Cropper' is to have performed an act which is perhaps indecent, stupid or inapropriate. The term is derived from the popular coronation street character. For instance if u have had a Halley Cropper, you've had an absoloute shocker

Halley's Comet

A Halley's Comet is a particularly large, compact bowel movement that is so efficiently delivered to the toilet that it does not require any toilet paper whatsoever for clean up. The term "Halley's Comet" suggests the rare nature of this achievement... likely to genuinely occur only once or twice in a lifetime.

"Man, what a wicked dump. Felt like a Halley's Comet, but it turns out I still needed some toilet paper."

"I ran out of toilet paper last night. Fortunately, I had a Halley's Comet this morning, so I was good to go."

Hallelujah

Hallelujah is a transliteration of the Hebrew 2pl. imp. הַלְּלוּלָה, literally meaning: praise Jah!
"Jah" is the shorthand for "YHWH" or "Yaweh", and is the revealed name of God in the Old Testament. However, for the Hebrews or Jews the name of YHWH is to holy or sacred to even be uttered; thus, the name in the Old Testament is vocalized and proncounced as "Adonai" אֲדנָי (Lord). Therefore, orthodox jewish singers, such as Josef Karduner, pronounce "Halellu-kah" to avoid desacralizing the name.

The most popular usage context of "Hallelujah" was in contexts of praise, a prime example being the hebrew psalter, where the last five psalms each begin with הללו יה "hallelu Jah". In modern day usage the term has conserved its originally usage context, and is popular in jewish, as in christian liturgy and songs.

הללו יה (Hallelu Jah)
הללו את־יהוה מן־השׁמים הללוהו במרומים (Hallelu et-Adonai min-hashamayim) (halleluhu bameromim)
Praise Jah!
Prais the Lord from the Heavens!
Praise him in the hights! (Ps 148,1)
(In this context the "Hallelujah" is being used to command the congregation to start worshipping the Lord for he is exalted above everything)
