A person (usually immature) who cannot distinguish reality from a work of fiction.

Usually this type of person will seek to support only works that overtly push their personal ideals in an exaggerated way on the general audience and will try to lecture their personal morals on those that do not.

When something in pop culture becomes so ubiquitous that liking it is mandatory. People infected with Disney disease will dismiss any and all criticism as petty contrarianism, no matter how obviously flawed or downright awful the thing is.
