Utah 

A US State founded by the LDS religion as they were escaping from oppression, and is currently on a mission to become the unofficial apprentice to California. The population is three fourths nice Mormons who kindly welcome newcomers, and one fourth homeless people and drug dealers, all depending on where you are. Other notable things include that the people apparently eat a lot of ice cream and Jello, and pretty much everything is closed on Sunday. Cool geological formations, too, and lots of football and basketball fans.

I went to Utah over the weekend.

Utah 

So, I live in Utah, and it's not my favorite, but a few things about it:
1. We've got about 3 million people here
2. There's lots of Mormons (about 65% of the state is, nobody is polygamist, and yeah, I'm raised Mormon but prefer to be agnostic
3. Everyone is so damn nice here for some reason
4. We are THE green jello capital of the world
5. We're also THE fry sauce capital of the world (and if you ain't had it, then you've had a shitty life)
6. Everyone is obsessed with basketball, probably because it is the only pro team we have
7. There's lots of random stuff to do
8. We do have really great snow
9. The weather is bipolar (it could be snowing at 50F and raining at -20F)
10. We got Sundance (the best damn film festival in the United States)
11. Most people have 3+ kids here. Not everyone though
12. We don't get offended so easy (in other words, our universities aren't circle jerks like every other University in the US)
13. Most of us are conservative, but it's really moderate

14. Even though I hate the state, it's not too bad for some weird reason

"Let's go to Utah, bro"
"Sure it's just in time for Sundance. We should get tickets"

Utah is a code name used by girls to descibe an extremly attractive boy. They use the word Utah becasue in the State of Utah men can marry more than one woman so these girls use this word when they don't want a guy to know there cute.
