Meaning there is no more soul left in that individual. "Souled out" is play on words for sold out. Person is insinuating they have sold their soul to get something in return, hence " souled out". They have ran out of soul.

"I am souled out because I sold my soul to the devil for riches and fame."

Most people write sOuped because they think its derived from the word "SOUP"
But its not, it came from the word "SUPER"
