When a man with an extremely hairy anus defecates and does not wipe thoroughly, the feces gets trapped in the hairs creating a cobweb of feces covering the anus. The next time he tries to pass a bowel movement, it can not exit the anus because it is blocked by a "shitweb".

I couldn't shit last night because I had a shitweb blocking it from coming out.
