Has the typical, scouse male haircut; quite long, shoulder length (usually slightly messy). They love to say words such as 'La', 'Lid', 'Bevvy' etc. in fact all scouse lingo is a part of their vocabulary. Often seen in groups of the same description. If you are in Liverpool, you are never more than five minutes away from a 'scallywag'. Usually lovely harmless lads that smoke the green.
