productive procrastination

A form of procrastination in which you refrain from doing other work by productively wasting time on only a part of the work you are already doing.

In other words, you are procrastinating by doing work while doing virtually no work.
Boy: What are you doing?
Girl: I have just spent the last hour making my math homework look pretty and neat instead of doing my English homework.
Boy: Wow, at least you're working on something.
Girl: That's productive procrastination for ya.

PreDictionary

PreDictionary n (pre, from Lat. prae, before + dictionary; or: predict + suffixes –ion and –ary) – a proactive dictionary that does not register words that are already in use but "predicts" new words, introduces them for the first time into common usage.
Almost all dictionaries, even those that contain neologisms, are reactive: they reflect various stages in the development of language. PreDictionary is a projective and proactive dictionary: it contributes new words that could make their way into the dictionaries of the future.

preactive

Coined in the world of public relations, preactive refers to a statement issued that appears to react to something you know will be said by someone else, often a competitor. Can be used to take the sting out of a rival's expected announcement or 'coup'. Similar to pretaliate, but without the nastiness.
Knowing that regular customer Wyle E. Coyote was likely to slam himself into the face of a cliff, ACME issued a preactive statement at the same time they shipped his shoulder-mounted rocket-propelled grappling hook, warning people against the dangers of mis-using hi-tech products and tools.

psuckic prediction

A prediction derived from the application of murphy's law, the monumental stupidity of people, and your ability to combine the too....
A friend blew all of her student loan money on a new laptop 360, clothes and books...

I'm gonna go out on a limb and make a "psuckic prediction prediction" stating that "before the semester's out she's gonna wine and bitch about not having any money... and how her best friend just made her buy all that crap....."
