A person who only runs when the weather is excellent but otherwise avoids running

During springtime the fair weather runners finally start training while the rest of the Track team has been running all winter.

In order to avoid doing something you need to do, you do something else productive.

I use Productive Procrastination when I clean my room instead of starting an English paper.
