An artist that has never really made a real name for themselves as a popular or even famous artist. They have had many hits, but nobody knows much about them and they have often not had very big albums.
Very smart person 1: Do you know Bebe Rexha?
Other person: I know *of* her, yes.
Very smart person 3: Does anybody really *know* her?
Very smart person 7: I guess you could say she is somewhat of a repeating one-hit-wonder.
