Frosted Nuggs occur when your girls is sucking your balls (a.k.a nuggs) and you walk outside on a cold day/night giving your whole sack a good frosting. Can also occur in morgues, meat freezers, and wedding after parties.

Creepy Old Person: "Son, would you like to head on over to that there McDonald's Hamburger Restaurant and purchase some of those 'C Nuggs' you and your 'homies' are always eating?"
