1. Almanzo Wilder is the husband of American author, Laura Ingalls Wilder, who first mentioned him in her book, “The Long Winter”. At the time, the settlers were surviving in harsh conditions and running out of food. Almanzo and Cap Garland, both bachelors, decided to risk their lives to bring back food for the townsfolk. They acted selflessly and heroically.

2. Almanzo said his name came from an Arabic name Al Mansoor, who was a man who saved one of his ancestors.

3. It is the name of someone who is dependable, hard working but has a good sense of humour. Almanzo may be stubborn at times.

Armando is someone who is very talented, but gets shy when you tell him. He can be very goofy and funny while also being passionate and caring. When you find an Armando, don’t let him go! His eyes are so deep that it’s easy to fall in when he stares. He has shaggy hair that looks amazing and knows how to melt a girls heart with a guitar. Amandorf

A name given to Zelda fans named Amanda. It can be applied to various names like Johnandorf (a zelda fan named john), Juanandorf, Samandorf, ect. In 23 hours from any time Amandorf will attain wizard-like abilities much like Gannondorf and will inadvertently try to take over small towns like hyrule or Marco Island. Only ending in complete and utter failure, every time. Amandorfs have been known to roam places like the halls of high schools, local HxC shows and other places of mass gathering, where she will plot devious ways to take over the situation, never following through though

Armando

Real sensitive when has fallen in love with a specific type of person usually the type of girl that will push him away. Armando's doesn't give up on you they are really passionate about there love life, even though they might reject them he will always love them deep in his heart. Don’t reject him or push him away, you will have that feeling that you made a big mistake and you won’t stop thinking about him. So if an Armando asks you out, say yes. And if you say no go back to him. He is know to be good in bed will take hours to make him satisfied but will satisfy you in 10 minutes. he will annoy you get you mad but we all know you can't be mad at him forever you will miss him when's he's gone. If you ever have an Armando in your life make sure you keep him forever. Armando is also that smart person who always stands out, people hate him for that but those that do that don’t understand how much work he puts in. He is determined and always accomplishes his goals.

Armando asked me out yesterday, obviously I said no because I like someone else, but I can’t shake this feeling that I did something horribly wrong. I just can’t stop thinking about it.
