Northern Westchester

There are the Jewish/Italian towns of Armonk, Chappaqua, Pleasantville, Thornwood, Golden's Bridge, Katonah, South Salem, and Somers which get virtually no crime, it has some nice houses, but most houses are average size at about 2500-3500 square feet. This is normal for me because I live in this section of the county and most of the houses around my area have an acre of land and a house of 2500-3000 square feet with plenty of room between houses and no crime.

The second group of Northern Westchester is the farming communities of Bedford, Shrub Oak, Pound Ridge, Purdys, and North Salem. Most of the houses here are bigger and even further apart then the communities listed above. House size averages 3,000-4,000 square feet with occasionally bigger houses and about 2 acres of land with some houses more and some less. There is no crime at all here, the downtown of each city are very small and nice, and almost everyone here is white and mainly Italian.

Finally, the most racially diverse area and the most city-feel like area of Northern Westchester is Peekskill, Yorktown Heights, and Mount Kisco. Peekskill actually has its fair share of crime in some areas and is home to the most Black people in Northern Westchester. Mount Kisco is home to the largest Mexican population in all of Westchester County. Yorktown Heights is still mainly white, but instead of the city being 95% white it is 75% white with the other percentage Hispanic and Black. These cities have great shopping.

Westchester

A small western suburb of Chicago smacked in the middle of Bellwood, Broadview, Hillside and Oak Brook. It's so secluded by the other suburbs that very few people would know about it. It's very quiet and the population is mostly either old people or rich, preppy kids who attend the area's several private schools. A very small percentage of the population is actually cool. Also known as "Deadchester" to many.
So, you live near Chicago, too? Where are you from?
Westchester.
Where's THAT at?
I'm not even gonna bother explaining where...

Westchester

Westchester NY is apart of the upstate NY region, filled with young adolescents who think they are associated with Long Island even though they aren’t even remotely close to the Same thing because Westchester is upstate. People from Westchester tend to be referred to as cousin F^*#%#s and that couldn’t be a more accurate description. Westchester all in all is a want to be Long Island with worse food. To sum it up shortly, Westchester is upstate NY and it blows.
Long Island Kid: “What it’s like living upstate!?”

West Chester East High School

In the WCASD with Hendy and Rustin
The students are so far past caring about school it defeats the purpose of even showing up. But we still do. Be thankful for the extra effort.
- Everyone hates being in the prison-like building but if school spirit is brought up you can see a mood change in .2 seconds because who wouldn't want to scream E-A-S-T East East East at the top of their lungs. Right?
- The teachers in our school are cool. Not much more than that. There are ones everyone knows and secretly wishes they would go away but we are "nice" and wouldn't even dream of such a thing. Some are special because they know how to be a normal human being in the confined space of their classroom and not make every student depressed
- Let's get one thing straight... the personality of our school is like an old woman in crocs on a beach during a rain storm complaining about the sun. That doesn't make sense. Exactly. We are a world of confusion. I mean how are we suppose to know our schedule if our own school district is clueless.
- In our school the word locker hits hard. It has a special meaning that only our school knows it by. It's supposed to be a noun but it's a verb and is used in the context of "Oh, I have to locker before my next class". It simply means the action of going to your locker. And you can think you won't conform to such a grammatically disgusting trend. But then a week later you are already fluently speaking the language of East.
