The unwritten social understanding between smokers that when one smoker is without cigarette, another smoker shall provide one free cigarette with no questions asked and no guilt trip enforced on the individual who is without cigarette.

The act in which Baby Rays barbecue sauce is smothered on an individuals butt during sex. Upon completion of slathering, the person covered with Baby Rays barbecue sauce will light up and smoke a cigarette while the other individual licks the Baby Rays barbecue sauce off of their butt.
At the grocery store, Duke picked up a bottle of Baby Rays barbecue sauce in preparation for doing the backyard smoker later that night.

The situation where any given smoker is driving while smoking, during a down pour of rain. The smoker is faced with the choice of either getting rained on or rolling up the window and suffocating themselves.
Ole Sharon was needing her nicotine dose when she was incoherently faced with the "Smoker's Dilemma". She rolled her window up to avoid ruining her mullet perm and later suffocated in the car.
