noun:

A healthy and nutritious meal, preferably eaten as a breakfast, comprised of any kind of flaked or milled oats with a side of juicy scrotum.

Commonly mistaken for scrotmeal, which is the brunch version of scrots n' oats.

A goatee that has patches or looks thin/ugly. The implication made that their goatee looks like ball hair.

Generally found on a teenager who has never shaved before and growing their first goatee.
