Can be used as a verb or noun. Schnootz as a noun is commonly used to describe oxycontin. However it is also the name of the tool you use to snort the drug up your nose. As a verb it is used to describe to act of snorting the drug.

A strange amalgamation of logic, wit, insanity, indecision, and is one of those people who is somehow is never ever wrong about anything. Doesn't participate in many communities besides IRC (which is okay but come on the TRC forums need more people :( ). In any case he is a very kewl person and is surprisingly hard to summarize properly.
