A successful senior cut day occurs when at least half of the class is absent for one day.

Bro Season

When the weather starts getting warm, the bro sheds his winter clothing and dawns the traditional tank top of his people. Often accompanied by phrases like "sun's out, guns out" and "gym, tan, laundry", the bro is not afraid to make his presence known. As spring temperatures increase, the bro is easily spotted at bars, sporting events, parties, etc; this is a sure indication that bro season is upon us.

The tank top, shorts, flip flops, and often a backwards cap are the standard uniform for the bro. When seen in numbers above 30%, it is officially bro season.

Time to start working on our biceps and abs bro, Bro Season is coming!

While the term may refer to the final year of college, it is usually understood to mean the final semester or trimester, especially during the last (spring) weeks of school. With the impending end of a college environment, the connotation of scramble is desperate solicitation and confession. The practice is common among both men and women.
