A term to be used when a celebrity or someone of great wealth & power commits a crime. This term comes with the publically known reality that this person will not go to trial, nor serve any time.

"Paris Hilton was heirrested on drunk driving charges."

This term is not restrictive in gender, nor of status as strictly an "heir" or "heiress". Most celebrities have been heirrested at least once in their lives.
