GG = good game, also used in the context of "get lost, you suck, hahaha omg you suck, your finished, etc. etc." and all other such ways of completely degrading someone who has just lost, either in a game, or in life in general

a girl who sleeps around and gets Gonorreia so every body calls her "GG" but she doesnt know what it means when in reality it means "gonnorreia girl". GG is a really big whore and gets 20 notches a week. she only wears Adidas and smokes a pack of darts a day. her mood changes at least 100 times a day and she can and will scream at you for anything you say. she has no respect for her parents and thinks she is top shit. usually goes by the name of a prostitute, something like a kind of candy or a plant.

Means "Gay Guy" often used in hushed tones when talking about a person that has not yet come out of the closet. Or, if you are just not sure.
