ergys

Ergys (with a y goddamn it, not an i), is a rather obscure name of Albanian origin. It is usually given to Albanian males, by Albanian mothers who allegedly (according to mine at least) were inspired when they've first heard the said name from a kid's talk show when they were 10 or something, and made a pledge to themselves that they'll name their smart, and handsome future offspring (In this case that offspring is me) that way. Shorter variants of Ergys also include: Eri, Erik, Eric, Erick, Er', Ergis, Ergous, Ergisi, Ergiousi, while Eri and Erik, being the most rational of them all. Speaking of experience, people whose name happen to be Ergys, tend to be very charismatic, intelligent, but also very emotional and whatnot.

"Bob, have you seen Ergys?"

"Not really, I haven't seen him for a whi.. What was that??!"

"I don't kn.. HOLY GUACAMOLE, he's right behind you!!"

Confablamur ergo sumus

We think therefore we are. in Latin. Akin to "Cogito Ergo Sum" from Descartes, but expanded to how communities think and change. Confablamur was used as a term for conversation. This is where the English term confab comes from no doubt. Shakespeare did not coin it.
