COPD

Refers to a severe shortness-of-breath lung-disorder that causes the sufferer to uncontrollably writhe his body and spasmodically flail his limbs in such shocking and alarming motions that he often gets investigated by the police to see if he's drunk, high on drugs, an escapee from a mental ward, etc.

COPD patient: I'm gonna get myself a medical bracelet at the hospital so that I can just show that to any officer who stops me on the street while I'm in the middle of an oxygen-starved panic-attack.

COPD

Acronym for "Circle of Poor Decisions," a drinking game in which several people stand in a circle with a bottle of Andre Champagne. The aim of this game is for everyone to swig from the bottle, and pass it to the person next to them. The game concludes when the last person to drink finishes the bottle on their particular turn. This person then must throw the bottle into the street, shattering the remnants of the once full bottle. This event is symbolic of what is sure to be the first many poor decisions made during that day/evening.

Yo, pass me that 'Dre, and lets go play COPD in the front yard.
