capital lady

When you want to call someone so lady-like that calling her just a lady doesn't cut it. You go above and beyond, by calling her a capital lady. It runs along the same lines as capitalizing something to show emphasis, but you indicate the capitalization by saying "capital" before "lady".

Not only is she talented, funny, beautiful, and wonderful, she is also a capital lady.

Capital Ex

That one ex you always think of first when someone says "your Ex". No matter how many ex-girlfriends or boyfriends you have, there is always going to be one who stands out in your memory, one who you always think about unbidden. Normally this is the ex who had the most serious relationship with you. The phrase "capital Ex" is used to differentiate.

The "E" is capitalized.

Rob: "Hey man, I ran into your ex today. Turns out she's lesbian now."
Jon: "Shelly?"
Rob: "No man, Jenny. Why do you always think I mean Shelly?"
Jon: "I don't know. I guess she's just my capital Ex."

No matter how many exes you have, there's always that one Ex.

Capital Hill Police

When you barely even try to stop something from happening as it happens in front of your eyes

Based on the events on 1/6/21 when the Capital Hill Police failed to keep MAGA protestors out of the Capitol of the United States.

The fucking toilet at Taco Bell began overflowing and all I could do was be a Capital Hill Police officer. What they hell else can I do? It isn't my toilet.

Capital University

Capital University is best described as one of the best private colleges in Ohio. The parties are amazing, the people are awesome, and the classes are great. I think that the frats KSU and DTU are pretty tight with a good party almost every week!!

Capital University is one of the best places in Ohio to further enhance ones education level.
