Artificial Tourette's

I call Artificial Tourette's the random impulse to say a quote from a movie, show , meme, or even just do something that doesn't make sense for no reason no matter how retarded it is. Like normal Tourette's but you don't have Tourette's. For example, you may be in a real shitty situation or something shitty just happened and you say "Bruh" in a very obnoxious way, like the meme.
