Teenie Weenie Afro. A term for people who have recently cut their afros for fresh growth or are just rocking a short afro. TWA's are usually fun-sized and its very hard to resist touching them. Although they are the teeniest of afros they should be given the same respect as any other afro.

I just cut my hair and now I'm the newest member of the TWA committee.

Did you know chance the rapper was the chairman of the TWA? Me neither.

In other words, one who takes comfort in not trying. Simply asserting their ability.
