A phrase often uttered by amateur bartenders who don't know what the hell they're doing, in order to gain the trust of a customer who doesn't know what they really want.

Customer: How do you know this drink will be good?

bartender: Trust me, I'm a mixologist.

Don't Sell Me a Dog

This Victorian phrase means 'don't lie to me'. In the 1800's, it was common for dog salespeople to try to pass mutts off as pedigrees. This is supposedly the origin of the phrase (which was popular until the 1870's).

A polite reference to bring attention to something or someone that is rank ass nasty and reeks of stench.

May reference a rest room that has been funkified with a nasty shit. May refer to some nasty greasy person that refuses to shower and smells of urine, body odor and unwiped ass.
