A Person that always tries to make you laugh. Can be annoying some times but tries his best not to. He is a loyal friend that will always be on your side no matter what and protects you against anything with everything he has. Even his enemies. Has to fight some demons but always has a smile on his face. When you see a Tobi in your life, tread him with respect and he will treat you with respect you.
