A shortcut for referring to the time pre-covid19 pandemic. Probably offensive, because it kind of makes a sort of happy sounding phrase when millions died, the economy crashed, etc. Use cautiously.

Somehow he has a good gf. It is little known why this is his nickname because he is asociated more with dragons and tigers.
