It is then shipped back to the US for higher than normal retail sales with hype being the sales pitch. Similar theory to how corn is used to cut just about everything for record profits.

'Dope ___ Congratz!!' , a saying that is popularized by South Korean boyband member BIGBANG's Taeyang. A way to express your enthusiasm about something. It started off as a joke on instagram but it is now used by many people all over the internet.
Dope Congratz means you like something, you're expressing your enthusiasm about something with a very unique set of words.
