blood round

A slang term in wrestling for when you are in a tournament and you've lost one match. The blood round is the round where all losers have to wrestle each other and whoever loses in the blood round is ultimately eliminated from the tournament.

Me and Rambo lost to these state champions last match. Now we're in the blood round.

A term used to define throwing a round in Call of Duty Search and Destroy to emphasize that the player(s) lost the round on purpose to make the opponents feel better or disregard their lack of skill.

Them (1-5): “Y’all fucking suck how did you lose that?”

You (5-1): “Charity round!”
