This phrase is mostly used by the people in the revolutionary side against the Republic. It states "Justice for three" meaning justice for the three characters who were killed by the "Silluminati" in the roleplay server which was started in 2019, Xia Xenos, Shalter and Sarash Borhani. Both were killed by high ranking officials who rig elections every year to make sure they remain in control of "Shriggia". The revolutionary members call them the Silluminati.
