Ga Ga Ha La Qua

A term used to express when someone or something is outrageously over the top and excessive. The more creative, innovative and elaborate, the better.

This year for the annual Halloween block party, I decided to dress up as drag queen. I picked out bright and bold colors and textures for fabric. To guarantee that my costume would be a hit, I added leather, spikes, sequins, glitter, and studs. When it all came together I had the most Ga Ga Ha La Qua costume at the party.
