Contrary to the popular opinion, thicc does not include a women with a small waist. Thicc is the middle between fat and skinny, and is defining a women with a big waist, wide hips, full thighs, large buttoks, and a suppressed waist curve, slightly making her more straight than hourglass. A thicc women is well defined, and has a layer of fat on her, making her bigger than normal, but not obese.
