The art of creating applications for mobile devices, which can seem straightforward but often leads to confusion and frustration—especially for those who score an F, like I did, when faced with the intricacies of different platforms and coding languages.
Mobile Programming sounded fun until I got an F in the course; it turns out that juggling APIs, frameworks, and debugging is a lot harder than it seems!

When someone is driving (and on his/her cell phone) and starts to merge into your lane without noticing.

To offer to lend someone your phone, to enable them to talk to someone else who gives a fuck. While they're talking about something no-one cares about. Can be just a visual gesture of the offer (eg holding it out for them to use).
Adapted by Dave B from an earlier expression of offering them 10p (and then 20p) when that amount was enough to pay for a call from a phone box.

"Sorry to interrupt Steve, but would you like to borrow my mobile? So you can tell someone who gives a fuck."

Cod mobile ranked has sadly become a hollow, frustrating mess. Maintaining rank is next to impossible now. 2-3 years ago ranked was challenging but felt more natural. But now, it's changed for the worse.
It's not just a shooter anymore. It's a machine built on stacked mechanics designed to make you chase that fleeting serotonin rush of a win only to crush you with losses that feel anything but fair. The emotional toll has outweighed the joy. All the maps are AR + LMG wallbang and AOE paradises. Every match is just dodging sweats, dancing around meta abusers, and praying you don't get pinned in spawn traps all while praying your team isn't brain-dead. Mere minutes in, enemies are spamming VTOLs, chopper gunners, napalms, preds and smoke grenades like it's their goddamn birthday. Reporting?
Useless.
Streamer mode hides UIDs, and even if you get one, activision support won't lift a finger.
CODM isn't about outplaying opponents anymore. It's about enduring spam and metas that never die. Player skill is drowned out by cheap tricks and unpredictability.

I solo-queued my way into legendary this season.
Now?
This week I played 50 matches and lost 35 of them. For every two wins, I get matched against entire stacks of absolute sweats, while my teammates can't spell "objective." Then comes the inevitable 6-7 losing streak.
People tell me "just try other modes," as if HP and dom aren't camper fests. It's clear now that CODM's pattern is release a new gun → release its mythic → overbuff the hell out of it → watch the money roll in. Rinse, repeat.
And if you think it's just about extra attachments on a gun, it's not. These mechanics stack. They funnel the game into cheap spammy tactics instead of rewarding diverse playstyles. I've got two mythics (USS9 fusion and AK117 lava remix), and yeah, the iron sight advantage is real but that's not the point. The point is that gameplay is sacrificed on the altar of monetisation. It's blatantly clear now. Cod mobile ranked isn't designed for players like me anymore; it's designed for wallet whales.
