Someone who glorifies and participates in the unnecessary consumption of excessive amounts of fossil fuels. Often associated with small dick energy, endless rambling about engine trivia, loud revving of motors, incels, endless tinkering on cars that don't run right, and failed white dudes . Most often seen in lifted trucks, lowered sports cars, and large boats.

That soot huffer is always rolling coal while he takes his kids to daycare in that big ass truck before he goes to pay his child support. The aerodynamics with that 24" lift kit must make for about 7.8 mpg fuel economy but at least no fat chicks can climb up in that thing at the bar.
