Person with neither job, money, personal hygiene practices , nor a majority of his/her teeth. They live day to day on government money and subsidies and complain / “chirp” that they’re not getting enough.
I saw a moon cricket at the store the other day, laughing their toothless laugh, and excited that they got their food stamp money
