A "C" note. Heard this expression once, many years ago, in Louisiana, believe it was a localized Creole slang. May have read it in the comments section of WorldStar Hip Hop web site.
I presume that "titty" refers to the extra zero a hundred dollar bill would have, that extra zero standing for a rough cartoon version of a female breast, nipple or areola.
