Smoke Shake

The handshake of someone who has a "smoke" or "smoke meat"(meaning small penis). The handshake usually shows a lack of confidence by being too loose, or arrogance by being far too firm. More likely it will be loose, but occasionally it may be extremely firm due to the male with the smokes excessive weigh lifting in an attempt to compensate for his smoke. Other known signs of small genitalia may be an indicator that someone has a smoke shake.

Ray:Bro, that guy had a fucking smoke shake.

Stevie: Dude, I know, felt like I was shaking a dead fish. He must have a really smoke ass smoke.
