The coach noticed Connor was not passing the puck to his teammates before making a shot on goal attempt. He called him back to the bench and told him "You don't pass, you sit".

2) to sit in a seat using the regular base as the back support and the regular back support as the seat.

*when one is reverse sitting properly their feet and legs should be projected upward and their back should be rested on what normally would be the seat.
