Chinese logic

The logic employed in Chinese-speaking communities throughout the world. Linked closely to Chinese language and culture and, as such, often confuses and confounds outsiders.

A: Check it out. A guy from Taiwan submitted a resume to us that includes his blood type. What's up with that?

B: Get with the program. He's just using Chinese logic. They include that information on resumes over there.

Something that makes mathematical sense.

Exact reasoning, or knowing what is true and how to know whether it is true.

The by-product of thinking without relying on emotions.

Simple logic: If the kid smokes weed and smoking weed will cause cancer, therefore the kid will get cancer. (even though that's open for debate).

There is no form of logic in a woman's method of thinking.

lofing

When listening to music while under the influence of psychedelic drugs such as LSD. Some psychonauts use this term as a rationale for consuming psychotropic substances. The term comes from lo-fi music and is described to bring the psychedelic voyager closer to reality and more intense auditory hallucinations. Lofing does not only include lo-fi music but ranges from all sorts of music.

"There are all sorts of madmen dropping acid these days? What do they expect to get out from it?"
"They're just lofing... is there something wrong with having a blast and at the same time establishing a real connection with artists?"

Another word for "stupid" a.k.a. the opposite of logic. While the term originates from nonsensical events that occur in band or other organized groups, it can also be applied in situations outside of such groups.

I have no clue. That's some serious band logic.

goth logic

A belief held by goths that they are somehow more special than your average person. If you ask a goth to describe goths as a whole, they will tell you that goths are smart, intelligent, and creative people. This is a fallacy, they are no more smart/dumb/creative/good looking/ugly than any other group. They're average, like everyone else.

Person who wrote the top definition of goth on urbandictionary -- "Goths are also very intelligent and creative."

Random person-- "Stop using goth logic. You're not any more special than anyone else, despite the fact you wear a black leather corset."
