A person who is non-self motivated, lazy, never taking responsibility and expecting to be kept up or supported by someone else. An individual 'who relies on another for basic necessities, who expects others to provides their needs and wants. One who doesn't "bring anything to the table", but expects to reap the same benefits as contributing persons.

Person A. Did you see dude just walk in the door and sit down at the table and start eating?

Person B. Yeah, he's sposed to be a friend, but just takes advantage of everyone's good graces like that. A real cruiser.
